Ingredients

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup sunflower oil

4 whole eggs

4 tbsps cocoa

1 kg banana

1 cup whole wheat flour

1+3/4 cup Brown sugar

1 cup oats

This is one of the best selling items in our shop. It is full of healthy fibers and is simply delicious.

Prepare your mise-en-place. |

Add the milk, the sunflower oil, the eggs and two tbsps of the cocoa powder and blend for a few seconds. |

Add the banana and blend it in. |

Add the whole-wheat flour and blend it in |

Add the brown sugar and blend it in. |

Add the oats and blend it in. |

Add the baking powder, use a big spoon and combine it well into the mix. |

At this point we should have a thick batter. Grease and flour a baking pan ( I use a round pan with 25 cm diameter). |

Get the remaining bananas and slice them lengthwise. Spread them on top of the first layer of the batter to cover it evenly. |

Sprinkle the remaining cocoa powder on top of the sliced bananas. Sprinkle also two tbsps brown sugar on top of the bananas. |

Pour the remaining of the batter covering completely the mix, then |

Bake it in the pre-heated oven. It shoud take 30-35 minutes. since the batter is naturally dark in color, use a tothpick to monitor when it is cmpletely baked. |

When it is done take it from the oven and let it sit four a few minutes to cool enough to remove it from the pan. |
