Directions
The Salad Nicoise is the perfect recipe to make when the spring is here as all the necessary vegetables are usually in season. the preparation of this salad does any require any cooking so its perfect if you don’t have much time. All the vegetables are either sliced or diced and and the only cooking needed to to boiled a few eggs.

Layout the vegetables on the bottom of the dishLay down your lettuce leaves first in the circle in the bottom of your dish followed by the tomatoes leaving an empty space in the middle of the dish. |

Add the tuna, black olives and boiled eggs on top of the vegetablesPlace the tuna chunk in the middle, sprinkle the black olives evenly around the dish and place half egg on each side of the dish. |

Add the finishing touches, season the salad and serveplace two pieces of Anchovies on each egg, sprinkle spring onions evenly around the dish and finally add your seasoning. (salt, pepper and olive oil) |
